Please note that our Free Shipping service is temporarily unavailable for Sweden. UPS Standard Shipping and UPS Access Point are working as usual.
Note: Standard Packaging and Stealth Packaging will take the same time to reach you. The only difference will be how discreet your parcel will look. Please note that free gifts like stickers, grinders and smoking papers will not be added to the order if stealth shipping is selected – as they do not fit inside the box. Only the free seeds will be added when using this packaging.
Providing our customers with the most efficient and private shipping methods available is at the top of our great customer service list. Expediting orders for our lucky customers means timely deliveries, attention to privacy preferences and service with a smile. All the seeds are sent from our warehouse is Spain. It is crucial that you provide us with a valid (real) delivery name and address, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the parcel willl be successfully delivered.
If we were given an incorrect address then we can only change if your order has not already been processed. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for reshipping.
Wire transfers are quicker then bank transfers best case scenario within a couple of hours, but they can also take up to 5 business days. Keep in mind, if you have not added the order number it might take longer for us to connect the transfer to an order and approve it. We monitor this daily as soon as payment is received we will update your order and you will receive a status update via email.
Do you use discreet/stealthy shipping?
We put a lot of time and effort in testing our seeds to make sure that you receive nothing less than premium quality seeds. We guarantee a high germination rate if you follow our instructions in the Grow Guide posted on the website. If you still did not have a good germination rate after following the instructions then please send the ungerminated seeds back to us for testing. Once we have received the ungerminated seeds we will send you a replacement.
This differs per credit card company/bank. Usually, you are asked to create a code via the bank’s portal. If that is not the case, please contact your bank to activate your 3D Secure.
We are happy to offer free shipping worldwide to our customers. We also have a Track & Trace option available for $14,50 USD to our customers.
WE CHOOSE THE BEST OPTION FOR YOU: the costs for this service is 5 euro on top of the regular shipping costs!
2. We will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the customer or recipients in non-recoverable carriage and/or importation costs associated with the delivery of any goods or their replacement howsoever caused.
DVD Case Packaging comes with your seeds disguised within a good quality Amaray Digital video disc Case sealed with black tape. T-Shirt Stealth Product packaging consists of your Seed products being obscured inside a T-Shirt, either hidden behind the tag or simply just with the T-Shirt wrapped firmly with the seed products inside.
Please do not return any goods without prior authorization. The customer will be responsible for any cost incurred for returning and insuring items, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. In the event of your receiving any faulty or damaged items, please contact us by telephone, letter or email within seven days of receipt of your order.
Delivery charges will be indicated during the ordering process. You need to sign in since the costs are automatically set according to the delivery address. When you click on “checkout” in the “shopping cart”, the delivery charge based on the collective weight of the items and the delivery destination will appear in the cart.
All our packages are sent with ‘Track & Trace’ and can therefore be tracked online. All paid orders are shipped next business day. After we process your shipment order, we will send your package to the post office/courier company. Then, a tracking number which can be used to track the delivery status of your package will be sent to the email address that is registered with your Shop Account. Once the tracking number is sent to your email address, you can track your shipment.
